The Lisa Project

Lisa is a single mom of two young kids battling stage four terminal breast cancer. She lives in Penhold, Alberta and is a true fighter and MASSIVE inspiration. She is such an incredible woman with strength and courage beyond belief!!

Did you know after mastectomy surgery medical 3D areola and nipple restoration is an option?? Not many do! We created “The Lisa Project” to bring awareness to breast cancer and its various stages.

Analyzing postoperative scarring after DIEP flap skin graft after a double mastectomy (skin is taken from the stomach region to create a “breast mound”). In her journey, we created a 3D areola and nipple by implanting pigment into the skin graft surface to create a natural hyper-real result.
